The original Norwegian designed Ellevill woven wraps are great quality, beautifully textured and classic. These wraps are made of 100 % natural materials, including silk, wool, bamboo, linen, mercerized cotton and organic cotton. They are machine-woven in India under fair trade conditions. Wrap your baby ergonomically and securely on your front, back or hip.
The Ellevill woven wraps come in 4 designs: Gaia, Paisley, Jade and Zara, with Paisley and Zara most popular.
Zara 100% cotton – perfect beginners wrap, great value for money, suitable from newborn to toddler as the wrap is thin but incredibly steady. It also softens very quickly after a wash and iron. The pattern is inspired by old Norwegian knitting recipes and clothes/rugs from South America.
Paisley bamboo/cotton blends – luxurious wrap that’s super soft and perfect for newborns delicate skin. Again this often quickly and is lovely and airy when wearing in summer. The paisley pattern is a droplet-shaped vegetable motif of Indian and Persian origin, similar to half of the Yin yang symbol.
Silk and wool blends are a special treat! Silk is deluxe, shiny and of course silky! Lovely and cool, stylish and opulent. The wool blends feel perfect for snuggling close when the air is crisp. Both wool and silk wraps are few and far between but an extraordinary pick up if you should come across one.
What you will love!
These woven wraps are easily used with some texture for just the right amount of grip, making them great for first-time wrappers, and trouble-free for experienced wrappers alike. They are very affordable with a special offer, any size for the same price for a brand new wrap. So grab yourself a size 4, 5, 6 or 7, all the same price. Ellevill woven wraps have extra long tapered tails which makes for a small knot or exquisite flowing tail. They are easily warm machine washed. There are SO many gorgeous colours to choose from! Some of the wraps are organic blends too.
What you might find less attractive
Small knots and more seldom, random threads woven in, can occur. These are in no way to be considered flaws; rather best to think of them as part of the beauty of weaving. These minor imperfections that may exist, do NOT affect the safety, comfort or durability in any way of an Ellevill woven wrap!
